At present, the existing traditional anchoring drilling rigs in the market, the lifting height is generally about 2 meters, which can not realize the drilling construction of high slope support project. The high lifting anchor drilling rig produced by our company integrates the structure of crawler excavator, crane and drilling rig into one, and the lifting height can be up to 50 meters.
Different height models can be customized according to customers' working conditions. The chassis traveling mechanism adopts the structure of crawler excavator, which ensures the driving passability and safety in different working conditions; the outrigger mechanism, rotating mechanism, and jib lifting mechanism are combined with the structural principle of crane, which greatly improves the safety coefficient and flexibility, i.e., it realizes the high lifting drilling construction work and ensures the safety of the construction; the drilling system adds an aerial operation platform on the basis of the traditional anchoring drilling rigs to realize all the drilling operation control.
The drilling system is based on the traditional anchor drilling rig, and the overhead operation platform is added, which realizes that all drilling operations are operated on the platform, including lifting, rotating, luffing, adjusting the angle of the platform, and lifting the drilling rod for drilling, and so on.
